Our collections are thoughtfully designed, with certain items—particularly from Ghost Archive, Social Promotions, and Bank Holiday Edit—being exclusive and often final-sale, as noted on their product pages.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we accept only upon sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our sole discretion.

Your Payment Obligations

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We accept:

Payment is processed at the time of order. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

Pricing & Shipping Costs

All prices are listed in US Dollars. A flat Standard Shipping fee of $12.95 applies for orders under $50, shipped via DHL or FedEx. Free Shipping via EMS is available for orders over $50. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by your country.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Delivery Estimates:

• Standard (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is detailed on our website and forms part of these terms. Key user obligations include:

• Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
• Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-5 business days (PayPal) after we receive and approve the return.

We do not offer automatic exchanges. For an exchange, we recommend placing a new order once your return is shipped to secure your desired item.

7. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
